Crosser has been acquired by AVEVA

Stockholm, 16 December 2025. We are pleased to share that we have been acquired by AVEVA, a global leader in industrial software based in the UK, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Schneider Electric.

Joining forces with AVEVA marks an exciting new chapter for our team and customers. We’ve built Crosser around innovation and agility, and now, with the scale, industry leadership and global reach of AVEVA, we can accelerate the adoption of our technology.

We share the AVEVA vision of the benefits of a purpose-built industrial intelligence platform.
